		<description>One note about your point on UPS&#039; results from yesterday - although it&#039;s true that their revenues declined, this is likely entirely due to fuel surcharges falling YOY... recall that oil prices have declined compared to 2008Q4, and the pass through charges to shipping customers have similarly come down.

The bigger indicator of UPS&#039; (and the economies) health is the volume numbers, which were generally up.</description>
