		<description>I&#039;ve read recently that finance is attracting far fewer college students these days.  I sincerely hope that trend continues.  We need smart people to gravitate to the REAL economy, where their innovations will INCREASE economic growth and they will be compensated for CREATING value, not towards the Wall Street economy where innovation seems to SLOW economic growth and folks get compensated for DESTROYING value.</description>

		<description>So managements suspend share buybacks during a period of historic lows, apparently at least in part so they can continue paying dividends, and then fire up the repurchase programs again AFTER a historic run up in price.  Is the result of the Morgan Stanley study really a surprise?</description>
